Aero Engine

　　Chongqing Zongshen Aero Engine Manufacturing Co., Ltd relies on the mature supply chain foundation of Zongshen group, combined with the 30-year engine R&D experience and manufacturing strength of Zongshen team, it has realized the aviation power series covering 2-400hp. Our company has continuously launched C12H, C20F, C80, C100F, C115 and C145 series products. At present, our company also has two types of electric variable pitch propeller, ZP1780 and ZP1870, which are used in the aviation piston engine of 115 HP to 160 HP.

Propeller

　　ZP1780 propeller and ZP1870 propeller are products independently developed and designed by our company, they have completed function test, performance test, structural strength test, 400 hour durability test, flight test, etc. Our propeller is made of carbon brazing material, which has the characteristics of high strength, light weight and good penetration. At present, it can be applied Aviation piston engine in the range of 115-160 HP.

Parts

The company has created a complete quality control system based on the requirements of airworthiness certification. That system monitors the quality from parts processing, purchasing, manufacturing, sales and after-sales. Kernel parameters of products are all controlled same as the international standard.
